1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across major cities and towns in India.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delays may occur due to festivals, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (if applicable).

For other orders, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your order status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

5. Packaging & Safety

All products are carefully packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the package.

6. Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated courier attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
