At Devlaxmi Cold Pressed Oil, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural products. Due to the nature of our cold pressed oils, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances. However, we do offer replacements in specific situations outlined below.
1. No Returns Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for any product once it has been delivered.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer product replacement only under the following conditions:

Damaged during transit

Defective or leaking product

Incorrect product delivered
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue

Product must be unused and in original packaging
If approved, a replacement will be dispatched at no extra cost.
3. No Refunds
Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not issued. If there's a valid issue as listed above, we will replace the item, not refund it.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
